...Hi readers! It another inspiring post for all again, this time I will be talking about Inspirational Differences Between A True Leader And Your Real Boss
Yes, you want to ask what difference do they have? aren't they on top of their game?
you are right, these persons are on top of their games, they are the "who is who" in a operate firm and lots more, but an inking similarity between these two makes people to think these group of persons are the same entities.
In simple terms, A Leader is that person who LEADS an organization, or a country while A Boss is that person in CHARGE of workers or an organization.
Two points of call already in our definitions, getting that a leader leads while a boss is in charge.
Theodore Roosevelt once said "people ask the difference between a leader and a boss I say, a leader leads and the boss drives. "Lolz"
Let's take a closer look at some real inspiring differences between a true leader and a real boss

1. Leaders Coach employees while a Boss Drives employee:
Yes! this really stands to be true, every boss in charge of an organisation desire to have the best to drive his biz, not an apprentice that he will start coaching, that only God knows when he will fully learn! But a leader of a group will always want to coach, train others as he fixes the blame.
2. Leaders fixes the breakdown while a real Boss will always Place blame on breakdown:
I sincerely don't think anyone will want to doubt this between a boss and a leader! Every leader always accept the responsibility of his position no matter the hands below him, but a real boss think everyone is paid so, if a job gets messy from your angle, you got to pay and accept the breakdown.
"A true Leaders will always say, I run this town because I run errands."
3. Leaders are on Goodwill but a Boss depends on Authority:
Nobody is called a Boss until he has a position were he commands from, only that position gives him all authorities he needs but leaders are on goodwill cause they know that to lead start from where they are. Anthony J. D'Angelo once said "You don't have to hold a position in order to be a leader"
4. A Leader Generates enthusiasm while a Boss inspires fear:
Personally, I once faced this problem. A true boss that you have in one way or the other damage his job, will always bring fear to you, because of the last commands/warnings he gave to you earlier but even when you damage a leader's job, he still have hope in you, because he knows he aren't losing his position rather he quickly fixes the breakdown and show you how it is done.
5. A true Leader Shows how it is done but a real Boss Knows how it is done but keeps it to himself.:
Is this real? Yes I must admit, I always repeated this quote in my school days! Which is "Whatever I know, I must teach someone freely, no matter how little. That is my 1st steps to being a leader in this school" this quote really helped me.
So many Bosses don't want to show/tell out what they know these days, because they are either afraid of diversion of praise, shift in position and can't stand someone else eating from what they created... Yes this really hurt, but the leadership spirit in every leader makes him subdue these feelings. He shows what ever he knows, the only thing a wise leader can't show you is the blueprint of the work.
What am I saying right? As a leader extremely showing others your ideas down to the blueprints nowadays, Is like allowing a foreigner live in your house and handing the keys to your master room to him...!
