My name is Sylvester Erhun-Edokpolor but close friends call me SLY, am a regular young man determined to stand out and be different always and in everything; I don't want to bore you with too much family background and growing up, I am an Edo man from Ovia North-east local govt. SLY: Well.. Thank you for acknowledging that Pee Beauty Home is one of the most popular Beauty and Spa service provider in Benin city; but I like to add that Pee Beauty Home is by same light years the Best, and the most popular Beauty and Spa home in Benin and the South-South of Nigeria. The services are exquisite and the experience is remarkable. Pee Beauty Home boasts of the best environment, equipments, personnel and procedures.

Wow! Q: How long have you been into this service and how did you get started?
SLY: With Pee Beauty Home, it's been on quite some time. I have been a friend of the company in various capacities for over 2 years now, but I took over management Feb 2015. It's been a swell time.
Q: let's puzzle this out, you said you studied Environmental science from the University of Benin, how come you got taste for beauty?
SLY: Well... Some of my peers will address themselves as "Environmentalist" but I think being an environmentalist goes way beyond a B.Sc. A lot of professional courses and practice to be done before u can actually be addressed as such... Never had a flair for beauty. I have a huge thing for quality service, customer management and interaction, expertise. Some call me a perfectionist. But I just think things should be done the best way. So I am with Pee Beauty in that respect. Good management to compliment our exceptional services...
Anyway I will want to go into waste management and recycling in the no-distant future though.
Sincerely I don't identify with substandard or below par projects. So Pee Beauty Home and Cosmetology School is all over my social media presence because, Pee Beauty Home is in a class of it own.

If you will oblige me, I will take you round our facilities and see things that will make u marvel. You see women today all around Africa, with damaged skin and varying skin colour. You see some are light but u see their knuckles and ankles still very dark. Others have very embarrassing stretch marks all over their body. All these problems are as a result of substandard and cheap products that they use and sometimes some use really expensive products but still end up having these problems. That's because they don't know which and what to use that works well for them and with their skin. At Pee Beauty Home not only do we have the best products, we also render consultancy services as to what works for you. We do treatment and total removal of acne(pimples), stretch marks, scars, spots, Tommy trimming, Hips and Boobs enlargement, Skin toning, Waxing and all kinds of Skin treatment. Q: What challenges do you face in this beauty trend and how have you dealt with them?
SLY: Challenges are my food and fuel actually. I get bored when I get a smooth ride in anything I do. Challenges we face right now is misinformation of the public about Pee Beauty Home, people are made to believe that out prices are way too expensive "cut throat" thereby giving the public the notion that we are only for "the elite" this lies are peddled by people who haven't even stepped into our place for once. You know in this part of the world, if you want to be excellent and render quality service, people will just scare away thinking you must be very expensive for you to be that sophisticated. You hear things like:
---"Pee Beauty? Na airport road them dey O! Na big Man Area O, U go fit pay? U nor dey see their advert? U know how much them take they do advert? U nor dey see all those equipments wey dem dey show for their advert? U nor go fit pay O!"---
but we continue to enlighten people on how affordable we are. You don't expect us to now remove some of our equipments just so people don't get scared. There's what we call the "Pee Standard Treatment" and that's what every of our clients get irrespective of status. Our loyal customers know our price and our quality. We do our best to let those out there know too. But one thing is certain, we will not drop our standards because of rumor peddlers or competitions. We are Pee Beauty, we set the pace and we bring the challenge.
Q: What annoying character do you dislike about some customers?
SLY: Customers bad character? No! I can't think of none. Our customers are Kings. It's part of our vision statement. I love all our customers, They are the reason why we are in business.
Q: What is the most painful experience have you encountered in your recent time as Pee manager?
SLY: Most painful experience? I applied for an exhibition space in one of the Private Universities in Edo state. They didn't approve, they didn't turn me down, they left me hanging. Disappointment apart from that, it's been a swell time so far... I have the best Boss in the world.

SLY: Well, I am not in my typical inspired mood right now, but I'll just say this; one of my favorite quote is "Pay now, Play later" and there's no better time to say it than when I have to address the youths. The seed you sow today are the mansions and comfortable life you will live tomorrow. Work hard, pray harder. Faith without work is dead, there is no short-cut to success. Any success gotten via short-cut is short lived... Think of names that open doors and draw influences like; Bill Gates, Rocker Fella, Carlos Slim Helu, Roman Abramovic, Aliko Dangote, Sir Igbinedion... Work and pay now to make your last name as great as those. They didn't get success while sleeping, forecasting and procrastinating. Prosperity doesn't answer to prayer and fasting, Even the Bible said: "he that will not work, let him not eat". So prosperity is for doers. If you are not a doer, you are not permitted to prosper. "There is dignity in Labour"
